We are very delighted to inform you that, after months of keen competition, you have successfully passed CSC’s selection and been awarded the CSC scholarship for your further study in XJTU.

 

As the University will improve the on-campus dormitory building for all international students this summer, the time to start classes is postponed to September 10^th—September 11^th. Please arrange your schedule. You are kindly reminded the University offers free airport pick-up service during the period.

 

In order to ensure you can receive the documents, please let us know your contact information before June 30^th. The necessary information should include: the detailed address to receive the letter, zip code and your contact phone number. If we could not receive your reply before June 30^th, we will post the documents to the address on your application form.

 

Anybody who come to the office to fetch the documents should bring his/her own passport (real one). Photocopy of your passport is required if your friend helps to fetch the documents. Please remember that on-site pick-up is welcome until June 30^th. All the documents left will be posted on July 1^st.

 

Please carefully read your admission notice and the Entrance Guide for International Students (Xingqing Campus). For your information, as part of the enrollment process, please remember to bring the original copy of your highest diploma when you come.
